Arm64 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using arm64's services. Continued use of the platform means you accept all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the arm64 platform available at arm64.ws, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and arm64 ("Platform").
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any changes to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the latest updated version.
The arm64 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the eligible age and are legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Users are responsible for keeping their personal details up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. arm64 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the arm64 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances frozen.
Arm64 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the arm64 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The following are strictly prohibited on the arm64 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to manipulate games or the betting system
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation against other users
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised manner or in violation of the applicable bonus terms
- Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the platform's technical functions
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal proceedings where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits
All deposits and transactions on the arm64 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits may vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
Arm64 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers. All deposits must be made using an account or wallet registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements. arm64 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and may take anywhere from one hour to several business days.
Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms will be cancelled, and the relevant balance will be frozen pending investigation.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Arm64 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service disruption, or game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and arm64 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. Users access the platform at their own risk.
All content on the arm64 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of arm64 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from arm64.
The arm64 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. arm64 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Arm64 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting customer support via email at [email protected].
Changes to Terms
Arm64 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process.
